Current State Plan

2017 - 2021

Every five years, the Iowa Developmental Disabilities Council creates a state plan that outlines its goals and objectives to continuously improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities in Iowa. Based on feedback and input from self-advocates, families, state agencies, providers, educators, and other stakeholders, the Council approved this plan for 2017-2021. This plan is intended to result in systems change, capacity building, and increased advocacy for Iowans with developmental disabilities.
